Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Indian Film TV Hub, we strive to ensure that all submissions and registrations are processed smoothly. Our refund policy is designed to maintain fairness for participants while upholding the integrity of event operations.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
• If the event or contest is canceled by Indian Film TV Hub organizers.
• If the participant withdraws their submission within 48 hours of registration and before the review process begins.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Once the submission has been reviewed or approved for participation.
• If the participant provides incomplete or false information during registration.
• If the participant fails to comply with competition terms, eligibility, or deadlines.
• For digital services, online entries, or event registrations already processed.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request:

• Send an email to info@indianfilmtvhub.com with your name, payment ID, registration ID, and reason for refund.
• Our finance team will verify the request within 5–7 business days.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only to the same account, card, or digital wallet used during the transaction. We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.

6. Cancellation by Indian Film TV Hub

In the unlikely event of event postponement or cancellation, participants will be notified promptly via email or SMS. Participants may choose either a full refund or carry forward their registration to the next event or season.

7. Transaction Fees & Deductions

All refunds are subject to deduction of transaction charges, payment gateway fees, and applicable taxes as levied by our financial partners.

8. Policy Updates

Indian Film TV Hub reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
